Male infertility is more common that of female infertility. Many men do not agree upon due to embarrassment and also postponed their diagnosis. This would result in infertility to their partner too. Understanding medical complications are far wiser than to think of social embarrassments. Early decisions to consult an urologist would give a positive result to have a child. Delaying any medication would definitely lead to complications in all means. Initial treatment would be a physical check up. After which semen analysis would be performed. This analysis would involve mainly checking the quantity of sperm in the semen and at minor case the quality of it too would be analyzed. But the main focus is on the quantity analysis. This is the basic test. If the results are normal another test of conformance would be ordered. If the result is irregular again a conformance would be done.
If this conformance is positive then you are perfectly alright. If there are certain minor complications the doctor may get into further analysis. This further analysis would be your blood or urine test. Checking the issue at an early stage would definitely avoid stress and tension in your marriage life. Now these minor or major complications may be as follows,
· Azoospermia.(no sperm produced)
· Oligiospermia.(only a meager quantity of sperms are produced)
· Sperm Non Motile(sperm aren’t motile to fertilize the egg)
· Sperm Irregular Morphology(the forma an structure of sperm aren’t normal)
Further the results would be dealt by a specialist on the specific results that had arrived.

Reasons for Male Infertility
The first and foremost may be due to genetics. These are due to chromosomal disorders from any of the ancestors. It may also be due to cyst fiber formation(cystic fibrosis)
The other most common occurrence is the default action of our immune system. The immune system would consider the sperm to be a foreign body and start attacking them.
Premature ejaculation and impotence (erectile dysfunction) are other common causes for infertility. These are mainly not due to physiological issues. They mainly involve psychological problems and hence have to carefully dealt in changing the person’s attitude initially.
Retrograde ejaculation would also be a cause for infertility. This would involve sperm entering into the bladder at the time of ejaculation. This may due to any recent renal operations at urethra or bladder. This may also be due to diabetes.
Hormonal imbalance may also cause such infertility.
Sexually transmitted diseases are on of the major cause for infertility in men.
Varicoceles also constitute meagerly to the damage of sperms.
Other Factors That May Cause Male Infertility:
· All psychological effects of stress and tension would be a major cause for infertility
· Exercise that strain steroid hormones would cause infertility
· Unwanted toxins and medication without doctor advice regularly are also some of the causes.
· Obesity and diabetes
